I have used Smart Balance buttery spread for several years now as an alternitive to butter because it's 100% natural, 1000 mg of omega 3 per serving, no trans fat and no cholesterol and only 80 calories per Tbsp. I believe that using Smart Balance is a healthier way to help keep my cholesterol down. I cook with Smart Balance and use it on every thing. My favorate is, vegetable pasta with a little Smart Balance, dried garlic, dried parsely, grated Parmesan cheese and a little salt.
Healthy Eating
Door Jam
