&lt;P&gt;Salmon Loaf&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2 eggs (or egg beaters, or 1 egg and 2 egg whites)&lt;BR&gt;1/2 cup milk (skim)&lt;BR&gt;2 Tbsp margarine&lt;BR&gt;3 Tbsp lemon juice&lt;BR&gt;2 tsp finely chopped onion&lt;BR&gt;1 tsp salt&lt;BR&gt;1/4 tsp pepper&lt;BR&gt;4 slices bread, torn into pieces&lt;BR&gt;1 15-1/2 oz can of salmon, drained and flaked&lt;BR&gt;Paprika&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Stir the eggs in a large bowl.&lt;BR&gt;Add milk, melted margarine, lemon juice, onion, salt, and&amp;nbsp; pepper. Stir the above.&lt;BR&gt;Add bread and salmon, then stir.&lt;BR&gt;Pour into a greased standard size loaf pan. &lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size=1&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; One pound turkey or beef hamburger.&lt;BR&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; One large can of&amp;nbsp;whole tomatoes, drained.&lt;BR&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; One large can pork &amp;amp; beans. (or 2 small cans)&lt;BR&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Tobasco sauce to taste.&lt;BR&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Salt and pepper to taste.&lt;BR&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Fry hambuger and add dried or real onion, drain.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;FONT size=1&gt;1 chicken breast&lt;BR&gt;32 oz carton of &lt;U&gt;Pacific&lt;/U&gt; &lt;U&gt;Free&lt;/U&gt; &lt;U&gt;Range&lt;/U&gt; &lt;U&gt;Chicken&lt;/U&gt; &lt;U&gt;Broth&lt;/U&gt;&lt;BR&gt;12 baby carrots&lt;BR&gt;1 baby bok Choy&lt;BR&gt;¼ cup onion, chopped&lt;BR&gt;1 large celery stalk&lt;BR&gt;1 small zucchini&lt;BR&gt;Wide noodles (2 hand fulls)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;

&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT size=1&gt;Fish or Chicken Mixture (from the cook on a party fishing boat)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT size=1&gt;Note: Chicken = Skinless / boneless chicken breast.&lt;BR&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Fish&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;= Frozen Mahi Mahi from Costco or any white fish.&lt;BR&gt;½ cup flour&lt;BR&gt;1 Tbsp Season salt&lt;BR&gt;1 tsp garlic powder&lt;BR&gt;½ tsp lemon pepper&lt;BR&gt;Olive oil or canola oil&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT size=1&gt;Mix first 4 ingredients together. Place in an air tight container.&lt;BR&gt;Sprinkle mixture on both sides of fish or chicken.&lt;BR&gt;Heat oil (just enough to cover bottom of pan) to 350 degrees or on medium heat.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR&gt;(oil will shimmer when hot enough)&lt;BR&gt;Add fish or chicken, cover and cook for 2 minutes on one side.&lt;BR&gt;Turn and cook for 2 minutes more, then reduce heat to simmer and cook for 3 to 4 &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
